Full Moon and Insomnia? Let me share my secret for a deep sleep

Last night, the Moon was full. A Pink Moon, powerful and vibrant. A true spectacle for those who love nature and its rhythms.
But I often hear this: “Vanessa, I can’t sleep during the Full Moon. It’s like my brain just won’t switch off.”
And it’s true. The lunar phases deeply affect our nervous system. During the full moon, sleep quality decreases, the body becomes more reactive, and the mind more active. But there is a natural way to restore your rhythm: Reishi.
My Ritual
Every evening, before bed, especially when the Moon is strong, I take two half droppers of liquid Reishi. It’s a simple act, but it has a real impact on my relaxation and the depth of my sleep. Of course, I don’t use just any Reishi. I only choose KÄÄPÄ Mushrooms.
